UPDATE: WEDS. 5:00 A.M. Borough of Caldwell offers Warming Center - Halloween Saturday

All Caldwell schools will be closed on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Caldwell Borough Offices will reopen on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.

Halloween will be celebrated on Saturday as recommended by Governor Christie. A separate announcement from the school district will be forthcoming.

The Caldwell Community Center will remain a warming center during the hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm. The center is located at 1 Provost Square, Caldwell, NJ. The warming center has a capacity of 200 and is not pet friendly. Staff of the Community Center will be at the center. Phone number: 973-228-7665.

The latest information from PSE&G regarding power restoration remains at 7-10 days.

There is currently power on Bloomfield Avenue from Forest Avenue to Prospect Street. Many of the merchants in this area are open for business.
